These Terms & Conditions apply to the mobile Freemium service "Rhythmee" provided by Fukukawa Lab (hereinafter referred to as "Application").
By downloading or using the Application, users are deemed to have automatically agreed to these Terms.
We strongly recommend that you read and understand these Terms before using the Application.
Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application or any part thereof, or of our trademarks, is prohibited.
Extracting source code, translating into other languages, or creating derivative works is not allowed.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider aims to provide the Application as beneficially and efficiently as possible.
Therefore, they reserve the right to modify the Application or change Premium service fees (hereinafter "Premium Fees") at any time for any reason.
If Premium Fees have already been paid by a user, any difference due to subsequent changes will not be charged or refunded.
The Application uses third-party services, each with its own Terms & Conditions.

Some features require an internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function properly due to connection issues or data limits.
Users are responsible for any mobile data or roaming charges.
Maintaining device battery and charging is the user's responsibility, and the Service Provider is not liable if the device runs out of battery and access to the Service is unavailable.
The Application may be updated by the Service Provider.
Users must accept updates to use the latest version.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application is always up-to-date or fully compatible with your device's OS.
The Service Provider may terminate the Application without notice.
Upon termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted under these Terms end, and (b) users must stop using and, if necessary, delete the Application.
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. Please check this page regularly for the latest version.
